1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of commit-clothes.com and any purchase you make from COMMIT ("COMMIT," "we," "us," or "our"). By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or be placing an order with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase from COMMIT. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products & Drops

COMMIT releases products in limited drops, often designed in partnership with independent artists. Because drops are limited and artwork changes between them, availability is never guaranteed and we don't announce future drops in advance. Colors, sizing, and print placement may vary slightly from photos due to the nature of the printing and manufacturing process.

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout — COMMIT does not receive or store your full card details. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation receipt by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues, in which case you'll be refunded in full.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Preorder items generally take around 1.5 months to arrive; in-stock items usually ship within 1–2 weeks. These are estimates, not guarantees — reach out if your order is taking noticeably longer.

Once a package is confirmed delivered by the carrier, COMMIT isn't responsible for it being lost or stolen afterward. If your order arrives damaged, is missing, or never arrives at all, contact us with your order details and proof of purchase and we'll make it right.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached. To start a return, email us at supportatcommit@gmail.com with your order details.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Items marked final sale, if any, are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, logos, and site content are owned by COMMIT or licensed to us by the artists we partner with, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, resell, or otherwise use our designs or branding without written permission.

8. Charitable Contributions

A portion of profit from each drop is donated to an organization we partner with — currently 5% to the Greater Chicago Food Depository. The recipient organization and percentage may change between drops and will be reflected on our Why Us page at the time of your purchase.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to interfere with its operation, submitting fraudulent orders, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

COMMIT is a small, independent brand. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your purchase. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as the business grows. Changes take effect once posted here, and the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
