Preorder items usually take around 1.5 months to arrive.
Reach out to us with your name and proof of purchase and we'll look into it right away. If your package was lost or damaged in transit, or you're simply not happy with your order, we'll issue a refund. We can't be held responsible for packages confirmed delivered and later reported stolen, but we're always glad to help however we can.
We'll send a receipt directly to your email after we shipped out your order!
We never plan drops in advance — the art style really depends on which artist we find next!
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn and in its original condition. Reach out to us with your order details and we'll walk you through it.
Right now we only ship within the US. We're not shipping internationally yet, but it's something we'd like to offer down the line.
We haven't set up a tracking system yet. As a rough guide, preorder items usually arrive within about a month and a half, and in-stock items within 1–2 weeks. If it's been longer than that and your order still hasn't shown up, contact us and we'll sort it out.
Sizing varies a bit by product type — check the charts below for exact measurements before you order. If you're between sizes, we'd generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
